Article 1 — Preamble and Identification of the Platform
Aze Farms is a digital agricultural e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem operated by Aze Ventures LTD, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. The Platform connects clients, farmers/sellers and couriers for the purchase, preparation and delivery of fresh agricultural and food products.
The ecosystem consists of three interconnected applications — the Aze Farms Client application (for buyers), the Aze Pro Seller/Farmer application (for farmers and sellers), and the Aze Delivery Courier application (for delivery partners) — together with an administrator platform, website and associated support services.

Aze Ventures LTD operates as a coordinated marketplace and logistics platform. It facilitates product discovery, order placement, seller preparation, courier assignment, delivery confirmation, payment recording, claims handling and payout management. The Platform is not a passive directory — it is an organized ecosystem with operational rules applicable to each User according to their role.
Article 2 — Purpose, Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "the Terms") govern access to and use of the Aze Farms ecosystem by Clients, Sellers/Farmers, Couriers and administrators across all Aze Farms applications, the website and related services.
By creating an account, submitting KYC documents, publishing products, placing an order, accepting a delivery mission, or using any part of the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms.
If a User does not agree with these Terms, they must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
The same Terms apply across all three Aze Farms applications; however, each User is bound by the provisions corresponding to their role and activities on the Platform.

Article 4 — Description of the Aze Farms Ecosystem
Aze Farms is structured around three connected applications and one administrator platform:
| Component | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Aze Farms (Client app) | Allows Clients to browse farms, products and categories, build a basket, place orders, pay delivery fees, track delivery, confirm receipt and submit ratings or claims. |
| Aze Pro (Seller/Farmer app) | Allows Sellers/Farmers to create a store, submit KYC documents, publish products, manage stock and prices, receive and prepare orders, hand them to Couriers and request payouts. |
| Aze Delivery (Courier app) | Allows Couriers to submit KYC documents, select a vehicle type, go online, accept delivery missions within a 30-second window, collect products from multiple Sellers, deliver to the Client and receive earnings. |
| Administrator platform | Allows Aze Ventures LTD to verify users, monitor orders, coordinate support, manage payouts, moderate products, resolve disputes, apply sanctions and protect the integrity of the Platform. |
A single Client order may include products from one Seller or several Sellers. Where several Sellers are involved, the Platform splits the order into sub-orders for preparation and may assign a multi-stop delivery mission to a single Courier — the Client sees only one simple order experience throughout.
Article 5 — User Categories and Role-Based Acceptance
These Terms apply to all Users. Each User is bound by the obligations attached to their role:
| User Role | Primary Commitments |
|---|---|
| Client | Provide accurate information, pay delivery fees in-app, pay the product amount at delivery, be reachable, verify the order upon delivery and report visible issues immediately. |
| Seller / Farmer | Publish accurate products, maintain honest stock levels, guarantee product quality before handover, prepare correct orders and cooperate with Aze Ventures LTD in claims and quality reviews. |
| Courier | Verify each pickup, preserve product integrity after collection, deliver to the correct Client, collect payment where required and remit all collected funds to Aze Ventures LTD. |
| Aze Ventures LTD | Coordinate the ecosystem, validate KYC, arbitrate claims, manage payouts, enforce operational rules and protect the integrity of the Platform. |
Article 6 — Account Creation and Eligibility
6.1 Eligibility
The Platform is intended for persons of legal age under Cameroonian law, being at least eighteen (18) years of age, or for minors acting under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms on their behalf.
6.2 Client Account
Clients may create an account using a telephone number, email address and OTP validation, or Google authentication where available. The Client must provide accurate personal information, a reachable phone number and a correct delivery address before placing orders.
6.3 Seller / Farmer Account
Sellers/Farmers may create an account with basic information but cannot publish products or receive orders until KYC verification and administrative validation are completed. Required documents may include:
- Full name and contact details;
- Front and back of a valid National Identity Card (CNI) or equivalent document;
- Selfie or photograph holding the identity document;
- Name, description and category of the farm, shop or selling activity;
- Location, operating address or production/sales area;
- Telephone number and payout account (Orange Money);
- Photographs of the farm, shop or products where required;
- Professional licences, authorizations or business documents where legally required.
6.4 Courier Account
Couriers must complete KYC verification and administrative approval before receiving any delivery mission. Required documents may include:
- Full name and contact details;
- Front and back of a valid National Identity Card (CNI) or equivalent document;
- Selfie or photograph holding the identity document;
- Front and back of a valid driving licence, where required by vehicle type;
- Vehicle type (motorcycle, car, tricycle or pickup), photo, plate number, registration card and insurance where available;
- Operating city or delivery zone;
- Orange Money or other payout account;
- Emergency contact and profile photo.
6.5 Account Accuracy and Security
Users are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and for maintaining the security of their login credentials. False, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent information may result in refusal of verification, account restriction, suspension or permanent deletion.
Article 7 — KYC, Verification and Administrative Validation
KYC is mandatory for all Sellers/Farmers and Couriers. Aze Ventures LTD may review, accept, reject, suspend or request additional documents from any Seller/Farmer or Courier at any time for security, compliance, quality control or fraud prevention purposes.
Administrative validation does not relieve Sellers/Farmers and Couriers of responsibility for their own conduct. It only grants permission to operate on the Platform under Aze Farms rules.
Aze Ventures LTD may temporarily disable a Seller/Farmer store, product listing or Courier account where documents are expired, suspicious, incomplete, inconsistent or under investigation.
Article 8 — Seller / Farmer Obligations
By using Aze Pro or publishing products on the Platform, each Seller/Farmer represents and warrants that:
- All products published are real, available and legally sellable;
- Product descriptions, prices, photographs, units and quantities are accurate and not misleading;
- Stock information is kept as close to real-time as reasonably possible;
- Products are fresh, clean, safe and fit for consumption at the time of handover to the Courier;
- Expired, rotten, unsafe, adulterated, dangerous or misleading products are strictly prohibited;
- Orders are prepared within the required time and in the correct quantities;
- The products handed to the Courier match the order or sub-order shown in the Platform;
- Any unavailable item, substitution or preparation issue is reported before final handover;
- No substitution is made without Client approval or Aze Ventures LTD validation;
- The Seller cooperates fully with Aze Ventures LTD in claims, refunds, replacements, investigations and quality reviews.
A Seller/Farmer remains responsible for product quality, freshness, accuracy and quantity until the product is validly handed to the Courier. Where a Seller/Farmer hands over a product that is already damaged, missing, unsafe or non-compliant, the Seller/Farmer may bear the resulting refund, replacement, penalty or account sanction.
Article 9 — Courier Obligations
By using Aze Delivery or accepting a delivery mission, each Courier agrees that:
- Each delivery mission must be executed with care, honesty and punctuality;
- The Courier must verify each product or package against the order or sub-order before confirming collection;
- Missing, damaged, incorrect or suspicious products must be reported before leaving the Seller location;
- Once collection is validated, the Courier bears responsibility for preserving the integrity of the products transported;
- The Courier must not open, consume, replace, remove, damage, mix, misappropriate or alter any products;
- The Courier must deliver to the correct Client and follow reasonable delivery instructions;
- Where payment at delivery applies, the Courier must collect the product amount from the Client;
- The Courier must confirm delivery and payment through OTP, QR code, in-app status or any other method required by Aze Ventures LTD;
- All collected funds must be remitted to Aze Ventures LTD according to the applicable reconciliation procedure;
- Any incident, accident, delay, Client absence, payment refusal or delivery issue must be reported immediately.
A Courier who abandons a delivery after validated collection commits serious misconduct. Where a product was compliant at collection and becomes damaged, lost, incomplete or non-compliant during transport, the Courier may be held financially and operationally responsible after investigation.
Article 10 — Client Obligations
By using the Aze Farms Client application and placing orders, each Client agrees that:
- The delivery address, phone number and order details provided must be accurate;
- The Client must be reachable during preparation and delivery;
- Delivery fees must be paid through the Platform before the delivery process begins;
- The product amount must be paid at delivery if the order is compliant;
- Payment may be made in cash to the Courier, by card where available, or by Mobile Money to numbers prevalidated by Aze Ventures LTD;
- The Client must verify the order at delivery before confirming receipt;
- Visible issues must be reported immediately at delivery or within the applicable claim window;
- The Client must not make false claims, abusive cancellations or fraudulent payment disputes;
- A compliant order cannot be refused without a valid reason recognized by Aze Ventures LTD.
If the Client is absent, unreachable, provides an incorrect address or refuses a compliant order without valid reason, Aze Ventures LTD may refuse refund of delivery fees, restrict the account, require advance payment for future orders or suspend the account in cases of repetition.
Article 11 — Product Listing, Stock and Quality Rules
All product listings must clearly state: the product name, category, unit, price in XAF, available quantity or stock status, Seller identity and any relevant conditions. Products must not be misleadingly photographed or described.
Aze Ventures LTD may remove or disable any product listing where the product is suspected to be unavailable, unsafe, expired, illegal, misleading, wrongly priced or contrary to quality standards.
Sellers/Farmers must maintain honest stock information. Repeated stock inaccuracies may lead to reduced visibility, financial penalties, temporary suspension or removal from the Platform. This is particularly important for fresh and perishable products where stock accuracy directly affects Client experience and food safety.
Article 12 — Order Process
12.1 Single-Seller Order
The Client selects products from one Seller, validates the basket and pays applicable delivery fees through the Platform. The Seller receives the order, prepares it, marks it ready and hands it to the Courier. The Courier verifies the order, validates collection, delivers to the Client, collects the product amount where applicable and completes the delivery confirmation process.
12.2 Multi-Seller Order
For a multi-seller order, the Client experiences a single basket and a single order. Behind the scenes, Aze Ventures LTD splits the order into sub-orders assigned to different Sellers. Each Seller receives and prepares only their own sub-order. A Courier may accept a multi-stop delivery mission, collect from each Seller in sequence, validate each pickup and assemble the complete order for delivery to the Client.
In a multi-seller order:
- Each Seller is responsible for the accuracy and quality of their sub-order until handover;
- The Courier is responsible for verifying each sub-order before collection validation;
- After each validated pickup, the Courier is responsible for the integrity and completeness of the goods transported.
Article 13 — Collection, Delivery and Confirmation
The delivery process is tracked through Platform statuses and may include GPS data, timestamps, pickup validation, OTP, QR code, Client confirmation, payment confirmation and support records.
| Stage | Operational Rule |
|---|---|
| Seller preparation | Seller prepares correct products in the correct quantity and condition within the required timeframe. |
| Courier pickup | Courier verifies the order or sub-order against the Platform before confirming collection. |
| After collection | Courier is responsible for the integrity, completeness and safety of products collected. |
| Client delivery | Client verifies the products and pays the amount due if the order is compliant. |
| Final confirmation | Delivery and payment are confirmed by OTP, QR code, in-app status, receipt or other Aze Ventures LTD method. |
Delivery time estimates are indicative and may vary due to preparation time, traffic, weather, road conditions, Seller delay, Client availability, force majeure or other operational circumstances.
Article 14 — Payment Model, Commissions and Payouts
14.1 Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are paid by the Client through the Platform before the delivery process begins. Aze Ventures LTD holds these delivery fees and releases the Courier share after successful completion and confirmation of the delivery.
Unless otherwise communicated, the Courier receives eighty percent (80%) of applicable delivery fees after successful delivery, while Aze Ventures LTD retains twenty percent (20%) as Platform commission.
14.2 Product Amount Paid at Delivery
The amount due for the products in the Client basket is paid at delivery after the Client has received and verified the order. Payment may be made in cash to the Courier, by card where available, or by Mobile Money to numbers prevalidated by Aze Ventures LTD.
The Courier collects the product amount on behalf of Aze Ventures LTD and must remit all collected amounts according to the reconciliation procedure. Aze Ventures LTD then disburses payouts to Sellers/Farmers and Couriers according to the applicable model.
14.3 Seller Commission
Unless otherwise agreed, the Seller/Farmer receives eighty percent (80%) of the product amount effectively paid and confirmed for their products, and Aze Ventures LTD retains twenty percent (20%) as Platform commission. For multi-seller orders, this calculation applies to each Seller based on the value of the products effectively delivered and confirmed.
14.4 Payout Availability
Once a delivery is completed, payment confirmed and funds reconciled, the Seller/Farmer and Courier may request withdrawal of available earnings through the Platform via Orange Money. Aze Ventures LTD may delay or withhold payouts where a claim, fraud suspicion, payment inconsistency or compliance review is pending.
14.5 Reconciliation
Aze Ventures LTD may carry out daily or periodic reconciliation of cash, Mobile Money, delivery fees, product amounts, commissions, refunds, penalties and payouts. Failure by a Courier to remit funds collected on behalf of Aze Ventures LTD constitutes serious misconduct and may result in suspension, deductions from earnings, civil recovery actions and legal proceedings where appropriate under Cameroonian law, including under Law No. 2010/012 on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime.
Article 15 — Cancellations
| Scenario | Rule |
|---|---|
| Cancellation by Client before Seller preparation | May be allowed if the order has not yet been accepted or prepared, subject to Platform status. |
| Cancellation by Client after preparation or pickup | May be refused or subject to charges, especially for fresh or perishable products. |
| Cancellation by Seller | Allowed only for verified stock unavailability, safety issue or force majeure; repeated cancellations may lead to sanctions. |
| Cancellation by Courier | Allowed only before collection or for valid operational reasons; abandonment after validated collection constitutes serious misconduct. |
| Cancellation by Aze Ventures LTD | Aze Ventures LTD may cancel an order for fraud, safety, payment issue, operational failure, Client absence or legal/compliance reasons. |
Article 16 — Product Issues, Claims and Refunds
16.1 Claim Windows
Claims concerning fresh or perishable products must be submitted immediately at delivery or no later than two (2) hours after delivery.
Claims concerning non-perishable products must be submitted within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours after delivery, depending on the product type and issue.
Aze Ventures LTD may reject late claims, claims without evidence, claims submitted after consumption or manipulation of products, or claims arising from improper storage after delivery.
16.2 Evidence Required
Claims must include: the order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or videos where applicable. Aze Ventures LTD may request additional information from the Client, Seller or Courier before making a decision.
16.3 Possible Resolutions
| Issue | Possible Resolution |
|---|---|
| Product missing | Price deduction, refund, credit, replacement or later delivery of missing quantity. |
| Product damaged | Partial refund, full refund, replacement or deduction from the responsible party after evidence review. |
| Product not conforming | Refusal of affected item, replacement, refund or price adjustment. |
| Severe delay | Compensation, delivery fee adjustment, replacement or cancellation depending on cause and product condition. |
| Client absent | No automatic refund of delivery fees; product refund may be refused for perishable items. |
| False claim | Claim rejection, account warning, suspension or permanent account deletion. |
16.4 Contesting Decisions
A Seller/Farmer or Courier may contest a penalty, deduction or refund decision by submitting evidence through the support channel within the timeframe set by Aze Ventures LTD. Aze Ventures LTD will review the evidence and may confirm, adjust or reverse the decision.
Article 17 — Responsibility Matrix
| Scenario | Primary Responsibility |
